A 15–30 minute conversation to clarify goals, history, and logistics. You’ll be able to choose a time that works for you and add any notes we should know before we meet.

What we’ll cover

  • Your training background, injuries, and current routine.
  • Body composition, strength, and performance goals.
  • Schedule, budget, and which program tier makes sense.
  • Nutrition approach (including ketogenic or diabetic needs).

After the call

  • If it’s a fit, we’ll lock in your start date and first intro session.
  • You’ll receive a brief intake form so we can build your plan.
  • No pressure—if it’s not the right timing, we’ll say so.
